Requirements:

Hold a valid license (LPC, LCPC, or LCSW) in the state of Illinois; we are unable to accept part-time LSW applicants at this time.

Experience and training in working with diverse populations, including those who identify as LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC.

Experience working in mental health settings, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to independently create efficient treatment plans and notes, while maintaining confidentiality, and an understanding of HIPAA requirements.

Excellent communication skills, maintain organization, and present as a professional.

Access to reliable personal technology, with a stable WIFI connection.

Dedication to using evidence-based practices and continuing education to maintain their skills and knowledge.

Must be able to work flexible work schedule including evenings, maintain a positive attitude, and support our mission, values, and framework.
